My Services

Working with crystals and reiki energy, I create each session around your personal goals and challenges. Each session offers you a moment of peace, tranquillity and calm to reconnect with yourself. I help you to experience a mind, body and soul connection with your deepest self.

My goal is for you to leave recharged, rebalanced and renewed.

There is always a two-way energy flow between practitioner and client. To establish trust and lay the foundation for this relationship, your first session includes a 1-hour consultation so that we can work through your intentions together and establish the aim of your session.

The consultation is a key part of our energy work together. You will learn about what I do and the tools I use, and we will delve into your personal journey and healing needs. The questions I ask and how you respond will inform my choice of crystals. We will then move into your first session based on your consultation.

I only use the highest quality products during our sessions including DoTerra essential oils, Rain CBD and Spacemasks. Each of the products that I use have been chosen for their effectiveness to support your whole wellness ecosystem and to assist with the aim of your session so that you leave with your mind and body feeling renewed and energised.

My Journey

After being a primary school teacher for over a decade and running mindfulness and leadership courses, my true learning journey began after my first daughter was born.

She is an incredible child with special educational needs, but after a few years in school, I noticed that even with extra help and support, she needed so much more to thrive and discover her own happiness. We were fortunate to be able to try many different options for her, before eventually settling at a specialist school that could genuinely support her.

Witnessing her journey has forced me to look inward and find new ways to support myself and my daughter together. I realised that I needed a new language; A new way of explaining how to access inner peace and happiness. I wanted to be able to teach my daughter how to create her own calm, and I wanted to be able to offer that to all women.

I have since gone on to qualify as a reiki practitioner and crystal practitioner. My understanding of the power of healing became even stronger after I became very sick in November 2020 and these practices helped to unite my mind and body, significantly aiding my recovery.

My dream for Crystal Garden is that it will give mothers and their families the opportunity to find unity and peace within themselves and with each other, and to equip a generation of young people with mindful practice.
